is anyone's Dec 13?

It seems that date keeps following me for some odd reason...

13 is my lucky number though.

I've got a Dec 13, Wally but it's 1965.

I'm sorry I must not have been clear.

I have dozens of this date.

but what the heck, what do you have...

you going to heroes?

;)

With this website, you can search for what comics were available or dated during a particular month.

Mike's Amazing World of Comics Time Machine

I'm looking for any book with an August 1969 stamp.

Yeah I used that site to find which comics may have a May 5 1972 stamp. You can change the settings from cover dated...to on sale in. Gave me all the comics that were on sale. I did see a really nice full May 16 1972 stamp on a Hulk comic. Seems we are all around the same age....I see a lot of 1972 here.

It's a hot Doom Patrol 109, raw in VF-.

lol

I don't know. I might. Don't really want to stay overnight in CLT if I can help it and am not feeling driving six hours to walk around the floor for a couple hours, not buying anything.

If your dates are right than a Tomb of Dracula #1 with a July 3, 1972 stamp would be high on my priority list.

Tomb of Dracula #1 came out in November/December of 1971. Mike's time machine has it listed as hitting stands on November 23. Here's a picture of a ToD #1 currently on ebay (not my copy) with a pencil arrival date of December 8 (1971).

I don't think they had date stamps that late. But I will show you what Marvel Comics came out that month.

Curious... anyone know conditions of late 80s era date stamps?

Were military posts still date stamping books at receipt?

Maybe international markets?

Just wondering if there are any conditions that still led to people needing to stamp books well into the 80s...

OK, baring this happening in the past. Here's what you do.

3 pieces of info

1. List your target date stamp

2. Flexability on the stamp (is your heart set on exact Month, day, year? Month & year ok? Month and day ok even if its not the target year)

3. If there is a key title/publisher/genre you would want to see it on (special look out for ____).

Here's Me

1. Feb 6, 1975

2. Flexible on stamp (Feb 6 or Feb 75)

3. Green Lantern/Green Lantern appearances

I would love to own a book like this :applause:

ok so target date stamp May 17, 1971

Flexibility would be let's try to at least be Month and Year

beyond that any book would be good!

Also the time machine was pretty cool and I never would have thought to check out the books actually out during the month versus the published date. I've been looking for the wrong books
