Yes, that too. Gloucester is quite shy but double Gloucestershire.

I taught myself some meditation technique in hospital,while having dialysis treatment,whiling away endless nightime hours and I found it a very big part of helping me recover,then and now.

Not traditional,but my methods work well for me.

These Misfits were better than M.Graves Misfits,imho

My sister and her friends had Jem toys growing up,some came with audio cassettespink for Jem,black shell for Misfits.Took me a LONG time to hunt down those tapes on ebay.Most came from Puerto Rico strangely enough,different sellers.
