I paid a heavy price for mine but I've never regretted it. Same with this one - they make nice book ends. Scans don't do this one justice at all. I absolutely can't believe the insanity of that bidding! I bought mine on eBay maybe a dozen years ago or so, VG condition, and paid 24 bucks for it. I have most of the run, and while a few of the issues used to seem to pop up from time to time, I don't remember any mention of the others being particularly rare. Don't recall ever seeing this cover, although admittedly I usually only pay attention to PCH or pre code crime books. Love the masks; I think they really make the entire image.
