It is not a foil cover and yes they are tiny creases in the cardstock cover - the cover stock feels like most Top Cow books out on the shelves today or similar in feel to books like 1602 and Origin.

sigh. i had one of these in 9.8 which i bought early in the usm hype as part of a 1-13 run (1 being white). i bought the whole lot for just over $200 and flipped the 1 white for just over $500. if only i'd have waited...

right now it has been recently selling at the $1000 - $1400 range in 9.8; the recent sales have been $300 - $350 in the CGC 9.2 - gives me a nice idea for BIN
