Has anyone else sold/dealt with ebay user pconverter?

Last month I ebay user pconverter purchased a DD #1 CGC 8.0 from me through ebay. He kept constant contact with me through the transaction and up until me shipping the book. Afternoon of May 14th, he e-mailed me saying he hadn't received the book, although tracking said it was delivered said day at little past 1PM. I responded with telling him that and hadn't heard from him since. July 10th rolls around and he opens a case on paypal. I supply the tracking and customs form, but they rule in his favor.

I also noticed he recently changed his feedback to private on ebay but I remember him purchasing other high dollar books from other ebay sellers, unfortunately I don't recall which. I was seeing if anyone else had a problem with this buyer or if the post office messed up somewhere.

I called paypal but no luck other than supposedly they will check if the user has done this with other sellers.

 

Any other suggestions other than calling post office also?
