It's a little washed out, I'm guilty of not doing this too, but you may want to scan with a neutral color piece of paper behind the book

Oh, and I'd say 8.0/8.5 but I may be off because of the top of the spine BC

Yeah, this is an old scan, I've learned in the last few weeks on this thread about the white on white scanning. :grin:

Spine ticks, both lower corners blunted, and the piece out of the upper back cover looks like a 6.5 or 7.0 to me. If I bought it as a 7.0, I sure wouldn't be disappointed, but my gut feeling is 6.5.
