Dynamic Forces Infinity Crusade - Green Label?

Just a quick question.

 

Back in the day (I mean way back, mid-90's) Dynamic Forces released a signed limited edition (2500 copies) of the Infinity Crusade. They included all six in the bundle with a C.O.A. (pics to follow):

I guess my question is since this was before CGC's time does the COA mean anything or if these were to be submitted it would get a "green qualified" label. Or would they get something else?

Green label. Don't send in the COA if you do get them graded, you won't get it back.

 

CGC will send back the COA in most cases - but, yeah, there's no point in including the COA with the books.
