KirbyJack
I should start rebuying beaters just to keep this thread humming! It’s weird; the Pre Hero Marvel thread was one of the most active not that many years ago. We gave the War guys a real run for their money! bc
Mucheee1
I’ll do my part to keep things going. Not sure if this meets the criteria for PHM, but I’ve always loved the red cover. *Bronze age fan*, bc, TheWatcher and 1 other

Got a couple of lower grade raw copies, pick them up whenever I see them Always reminded me of this pre-PHM cover: Keep 'em coming! -bc Edited October 17, 2018 by bc grammar failure #1,346 KirbyJack
Mucheee1
Yeah, I have 2 copies of ST 60. I think the one I posted is my lower graded book, but the other is only slightly better grade. bc

Looks like you found the right thread There seems to be an abundance of this issue in higher grades compared to the surrounding issues - wonder if it was part of some warehouse find? -bc TheWatcher and *Bronze age fan*

This is a tough book to find in any grade - census has only 9 copies with a lone 9.0 and then it drops to a 7.5, a 6.5 and a 6.0 to round out the top 4 grades. -bc

Mucheee1
Here is one of the first Atlas books (the other a ST 52) I ever purchased, bought in the mid 70’s at an old bookstore in Deland, FL. I paid cover price for both, and both were in pretty rough shape at the time. *Bronze age fan*, bc and TheWatcher

My copy was low grade , but I think you’re on to something, bc. I had this issue for years before I ever came across any others of the title.
