I CANT SUBMIT ANY NEW BOOKS

Since yesterday I haven't been able to add any new books to my sets.

 

I keep getting the following message

 

"The grade for this comic must be verified. Your request has been added to an admin queue and will be resolved by CGC"

 

 

Then I went to the CGC verification site & punched in the same serial number,

and sure enough the book IS verified.

 

 

This has been happening with every book I've been trying to enter. Is anyone else getting the same problem?

+1 - just figured it's a glitch... they'll get it figured out.

Maybe they put a lock on it when they uploaded the new registry emblems and forgot to unlock it. I had the same trouble this weekend.

I'm getting it too. I figured it was do to the registry awards and or SDCC craziness. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Their website is not hacked. It should be the glitch.

Has anyone PM'd Gemma about this? I'm sure they're tied up with some of the recent cons but I doubt this is a thread that she's checking. Maybe if we post in the Ask CGC forum as well.

There seems to have been a database issue over the weekend and possibly last night, but we are working on resolving it.

Hey all,

There was/is an issue with the server and they are working on fixing it. Some may be adding as I am going through them with the error messages that I get, but please be patient and sorry for the troubles.
