i finally got around to getting the 2 graded/priced. it's 5.0 with c/ow pages, unrestored. centerfold off it's staples, but in the book. it's by more than double the highest priced book in the run, and generally sells pretty good. $1,150, which is essentially guide.SOLD.

i'm going to take the slabs that don't sell to chicago in the a.m., and put 'em in the c'link auction. all books 10% off now, except the #2 which i only moments ago graded/priced. discount applies to all the others.

It is such a fantastic, and underrated Golden Age series. If I wasn't converting my collection entirely to art, I would be all over some of these. (And that Rockford copy would still be mine)
