Hi. Book didn't sell on ebay, of course. Want to upgrade to another grail of mine.

Figured I would try it here.

Its only a reflection of the light from the scanner. Most books If you shine a light on them will offer the same effect. Like Mark said, just buy it, but dont shine a light on it and it should look like any other CGC book.

I'm guessing bottom left corner staining. That is exactly the type of defect I would actively look for on a low grade copy. You get the presentation of a mid grade book for a fraction of the price.

Its only a reflection of the light from the scanner. Most books If you shine a light on them will offer the same effect. Like Mark said, just buy it, but dont shine a light on it and it should look like any other CGC book.

 

Happens all the time when I scan books. Perfectly normal.

 

I also don't believe Mike's comment was negative...
