Batman: A Death in the Family OA

I was thinking about some of the story arcs that I read and re-read over and over as a kid, looking up the art on CAF.

 

While there are a number of Aparo pages and even a Zeck cover for 10 Nights of the Beast, which was just a few issues before Death, there is not a single page from ADITF. What gives? Does one black hole collection house the complete issues? Did Aparo/DeCarlo hold on to them all? Am I just missing something?

 

Anyone know the story with this OA or have any to show?

I am looking for art from that too. Someone else I was talking to has never seen one, I suspect they are in a black hole collection.

 

I did manage to find a good substitute, Jim Aparo did some card art for the Death in the Family storyline, and I have the card featuring the Death of Robin - CAF Link
