Purchased this on e-bay 20 some years ago and was curious what the grade might actually be.

 

The book is flat, the spine and staples are tight though the staples are "deep". The seller mentioned that there were interior tears, but these appear to be very small "grabber tears" at the bottom of the pages and nothing more. The interior pages are cream to off-white. There is some light foxing and/or what appears to be oxidation shadows on both the front and back covers.
