Another e-bay snag!

 

This book is flat, with tight spine and staples. The interior is complete with off-white pages. There is a small 1/4" tear on the LHSBC. The back cover seems to have more issues than the front cover. But overall the book has great eye appeal.

 

Would this book benefit from a press and clean? Your thoughts and comments as always are greatly appreciated.
