CGC submission question!

Hi all! I want to send my Pence price variant Uncanny X-Men #129 in to be graded, but I know I need to have a paid subscription to do in myself. As I'd only be sending this one book in, I don't think it's worth while to pay up! Is there someone here in the UK who can send it in on my behalf? I think I remember a comic shop owner boardie can do it, but I don't remember who!
