First appearance of Vision. Would appreciate your thoughts on the grade, also looking to get it pressed prior to submission.

 

– severe URC crease and blunting; colour break

– number spidery color breaks on spine;

– tear crease (is that the right term?) just above LLC

– some staple wear on both staples

– blunting on LRC

 

Otherwise book lies flat, has good gloss and colours.

I would buy it as a VG+, not above, but this does not mean it could get a bit better…

I would definitely press it, even if I weren't going to submit it.

 

I think right now it's a 4.0. You have significant rippling which appears to go through the entire book. It looks like it was dropped from something and only that top left corner was exposed (like maybe inside a magazine and it fell and landed on that corner). And various color breaks.

 

Remove that ripple and I could see this in the VG/FN range, maybe even FN-.
