Books you never knew are HOT

I know there's a topic for this in every section of this board (copper, modern, etc..) But was thinking this could be a good thread to put them all in one place. Please - no speculations (your average variant WD NYCC), popular hot books (your lenticular DC variant), or 9.8+ books that are otherwise dogs (My X-force #1). Only ones that fetch over $20/30 and higher currently that you personally didnt know about. Such as:

GI Joe #155, ASM 430/431. There are others but just cant think of right now
