Squarebound, staples good, spine in good shape except for the small bits loose at the top and bottom.

Early Marvel annuals are always tough to grade. The wear on the covers brings this down to around a 4.5.

I'm in the 4.5 boat, too. Even with a press, I can't see it going much higher than 5.0 with the corner creases and the fc right edge damage.
