Besides the issues shown in the scans are ink down 3/4 of the spine, and tape inside both covers at the staples. The tape on the back is actually staining from the inside.

Well since nobody has an opinion yet, I'll start with my thoughts.

 

Because of the tape on the inside and the ink down the spine I put this at a 1.5. If the cover had still been attached to the staples I'd be around a 4.0.

This book will receive a PLOD because of the obvious attempt to color touch the spine. Even with the cover detached I would wager 2.5 Purple Label IMHO
