The book is complete with no missing or loose pages. Biggest defect is the cover is loose. Plus side the stapple still firmly attaches to the back cover and pages.

I usually find a homerun a month or so. Give or take. The steals and deals are there. Just be patient.

GPA has the last sale of $821 and a 90-day average of $736 (trending down), which is just a little more than what I paid for my 1.0 not to long ago so your pretty much in range on your price.
