So I was in Bonnett's Book Store in Dayton today...

For the first time in about 10 years. The cigar smell is gone now as I believe one of the owners passed away. Anyhoo - they had a Superman #1 puzzle on the wall; I asked if it was for sale and he said no. It was pretty large, like maybe 16x20 or something.

 

Anyone ever seen those? I would love to have iconic first issue covers like that.

A few of mine. Go to eBay, search for Superman Puzzle. Do this for a couple of months and one will show up.

i've wondered about the source of the image for the left puzzle but now i know...

it's from an interior panel from action 20 (1940).
