quick question about a comic purchased from ebay and the "grade" the store gave

So I bought a fantastic four #45 with a FINE+ advertised grade

 

when putting it in a new bag I randomly skimmed through the copy and one of the story pages was torn all the way right down the middle and tapped , how much does this drop the grade, I am assuming it is not fine +

I would say at least one full grade point. Send it back.

It drops the grade considerably. I would ask for a refund. Contact the seller. If they are decent they will sort this?

i will figure something out with them then. Sucks this was the last 45 purchase for me now i have to find another one, and they went up .....

There's always a deal somewhere and I'm sure you'll find one. You may even wind up with a better copy for less $....you never know.

Try buying your books from here on the boards in future. Much better grading/packaging etc. Haven't had a bad experience on here yet (thumbs u
