Is this boardie THB's auction? Possible scan stolen from PGM section?

Hey guys, I tried reaching out to THB to let him know about this, but can't seem to get in touch with him. I came across this auction on eBay today (ends 11/13 at 10:10 pm PST).

It looks like the seller is using the same scans THB put up in the PGM section recently for the same book. Here:

If this is THB's auction, my apologies to everyone for a total waste of time. But as far as I can tell, THB's in Texas, and, according to that eBay auction page, the seller is in NJ.

What is really surprising is that this person has closed some "big" book sales before on ebay with positive comments. IM 55, IM 128, Cap 117 x2 Ghost Rider #1. I wonder if it is a highjacked account?

Reported. There are just so many scams on eBay - and it appears they don't even try to control it. I guess it's easier to just pay out claims than to hire more staff to look at questionable listings.

I found that a bit freaky when that image popped up with my name.

Guess I should think about buying here instead.
