Each page was priced for individual sale on the reverse by colorist Mike Rockwitz at multiples of the $12 per page I'm asking here.

This one's a piece of Spider-man history. It includes not just the original folder from colorist Joe Rosas, signed by him on every page, but also comes with a page by page hand typed plot from Marvel, which I have never seen with any other color guide.

 

The story by Howard Mackie with Joe Bennett artwork, focuses on the relationship between Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson.
