There are quite a few chunks out, especially the inch-long chunk in the upper left front. Are there missing pieces on the spine on the mirror behind Reggie?

 

All in all it presents better, but 3.0 sounds right. Awesome, fun book ... haven't seen it before.

My first impression was 4.0. The chipping looks very much like the Marvel chipping on books from this 50's and 60's era and I don't think CGC slams books with this defect hard. If the spine is split (and it's really hard to tell from the scans) then I would drop the grade to 3.0 but I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt!
