PGM Journey Into Mystery #93 (1st Radioactive Man)

This book looks really great in hand. Still glossy and with great color, cover lies very flat, (soft) creasing is mostly on the spine – but the back cover is not as pretty as it has some minor water damage (about ons square inch or less) around the "Famous artists" box, and a small bug chew, all in the BRC, and some border creasing.

And very slight fanning. :)

What do you think? As usual, high resolution pictures are linked below each cover.

My first impression is 4.5 almost entirely due to the apparent "tear" on the back cover BRHC and what appears to be a hole just above the word "talent" midway up. If those are not a tears then I would think 6.0 would be more appropriate.

It's hard to tell on this book without having it in hand to examine.imoksmiley.gif

In hand it looks great, the "tear" is some bug chew, but I don’t think they cause a separation of the paper, if this is what you mean.

The overall niceness makes me undecided between a VGF and maybe a F-.

I bought this as a VGF, but I think it is a bit nicer. hm
