6.0 IMHO! There are numerous cover creases that are barely visible but they are there!

If the creases break colour then pressing would be of no benefit. And it appears that they do so in this case I would tend to say pressing is not worth it, however the expert in the field is joeypost, so maybe he will ring in with some comments!
