Rare unknown Batman

This is a 1970 comic book brochure from England. It is approved and published by DC comics. It is about Robin going undercover and Batman buys him some fancy clothes from a high end British shop, Orange Hand. I have never seen another one and the only reason I know about it is because 5 years ago I bought a book called The International book of comics which showcases comics from around the world and it had the picture of this comic in it so I went on a massive search for it and I just now found one! I wonder if Ian the man that has all the DC's has this one! I believe this is one of the hardest to find non golden age DC's ever!!!!!
