That wasn't 10 new copies added to the Census, that was CGC consolidating their census records for "Blue Bolt" and "Blue Bolt Weird Tales". Here's the 4.0 Blue Bolt 114 that was "added" to the Census in January, obviously it was graded a long time ago:

Sweet!  CONTACT COMICS is an underrate run IMHO.  They may not be as cool as the horror covers but I love the inks on Cole's older covers.  Also in this category see:  The Living Bible, Bingo Comics, Dime Comics, etc....

Here's 2 reasons to go after the Contact run.  First is a Cole inside cover page, and he did this $mess all the time.   I'm convinced that there's a bunch of his art no signed out there in books:
