Got this as one of two books on a trade with my LCS. Lies flat, color and gloss is outstanding. Chip on the right side of the front, a few hairlines on the spine. The issuer in the lower left of front isn't from an impact.

 

There is an oddity, and I'm wondering if it's a goofy production problem ... there a "c" stamped on Cap's leg that appears to come from a typesetting lead. Strange.
