It's tough to grade from photos as they often enhance the appearance of a book, and mask its defects.

I can't tell from the photo, but is there rust on the bottom staple?

 

Is there a thumb print on the bottom of the BC?

 

Agree w/above, really tough to tell, even from a high res photo. Glare from the lights, and not going at a 90 degree angle make it rougher.

 

If it's a clean staple and no thumb print, I'd say it's in the 9.2 range at least. Looks really clean, I do think I see at least 1 color break on the front and back.

Definitely worth slabbing

 

Scans need to be bigger though. Try scanning at 200 DPI and no resizing.

From your pictures and scans, I would say 9.4-9.6. Larger scans may tell a different story. Nice book!
