This is for a buddy of mine, some more info from him:

 

- Front / back cover fully intact and attached to spine

- All pages inside the book are intact - no rips, tears, or markings.

- Significant yellowing of internal pages has occurred

- No restoration has ever been performed on this book

- It was found in 1990 and stored in Mylar ever since

 

What do you guys think? Worth getting graded?

The back cover looks in really great shape. That goes without saying the front cover looks stunning too. Great book my friend.
