PGM Lois Lane 91, back cover added

I'd like to do something a little different with this book. I'm going to start with just the front cover, I'd like to see what people think just based on it. Assume the back is in similar condition. I will post the back cover later to see what might change.

Thanks to everyone, now here is the back cover. As you can see, there is a sizable stain on the back, some kind of sticker that left some residue. It bleeds to the inside back cover, with an impression of it on the last page of the book (non-story).

 

So, how does this change the grade for you?
