Thanks! I agree… with it’s outstanding colors, perfect wrap, and unicorn white pages, I think it would probably do quite well on HA, but I’ll never know since I can’t imagine ever selling it…

If you couldn’t tell I’m quite fond of my copy :cloud9:

Looks so fresh. I love WPs.:peace:

A 1.0 was recorded on GPA for $28,999 on 12/17! :whatthe:

Not sure if this is a record for this condition grade, but this POS looking CGC 0.5 graded copy of AF 15 sold for a rather stunning $17,400:  :p  :whatthe:

There is no such thing as a "POS looking AF 15."  You have been reported to the Mods.

Well that answers my earlier question of where the lower grades are going . Up up and away . As for a “ bad “ copy this may be someone’s grail as prices for even 1.5 are over 30K. It’s a little harsh to comment like that because not everyone is rich.

I'm very happy to have my AF15 CGC .5  glad I got it when I did because I certainly couldn't afford it now!

$12,300! I was watching this auction Iike a bad train wreck you just can't look away from.

Well if you thought that was bad, a page just sold on e b a y for 5,100. A single page. 3 people bid it from 3k to 5k in the final seconds. And they look like legit bids.

It's Page 2 where he gets bit. Not a splash page. Not the Great power = Great resonsibility page. Not even a page with the Spider-Man on it.

Congrats to the seller. Very happy for you. But this is kind of unsettling. Take the coverless AF 15 that just sold for 12,300, think of how much more it would sell for if broken up into slabbed pages.

I bet there a lot of owners of low grade AF 15's staring at their scissors at the moment, myself included.

I think the market on AF15 is just getting warmed up . Low grade completes I think in near future are going to mind blow collectors at where the values go . Many non comic collectors aka card gurus are noticing low number counts for comics and investors are coming in hard . That’s only explanation I have for pages selling for this amount ….

I can tell you positively for sure that one of the bidders was legit!

I doubt this sale will go through. I like how the seller didn't mention the repro cover and made it clear it was an "Estate Find". This way they can play dumb if the winner asks for their money back.

The insides of the book aren't original either. They are cut out of something else. Look at the edges of the pages. It's relisted for sale again. The entire book is a fake. Trust me. And how's his only seller feedback, over a year old so he shows 100%? LOL lol
