Evidence of Color Touch on my TTA90?

I was wondering if this TTA90 has had restoration (color touch) done to it? Throughout several pages in this book, I noticed what appears to be black ink markings. The first image shows the largest amount, the rest of the images show what appears to be a black ink fingerprint.

 

Would this be the working of color touch up or is this a manufacturer's error?

manufacturers error.

Is off registration of printing, extra ink from printing. It isn't color touch on those interior pages you show..

 

I appreciate the feedback. I wasn't sure what the cause of that black ink was so this is comforting news!
