There's a 2"inch spine split at the bottom of the book. Dirt front cover top left. Tiny piece missing front bottom right corner. Printing wrinkle that starts in blue color of "Action Comics" and extends to right side of cover.

 

Back cover is just dirty and is missing a tiny piece back bottom left corner.
