Looking to bid on this one, just wanted to get a second opinion on grade, to my eye it's been under graded. Name written in pen on first page. Any responces would be greatly apprictated.

What grade and overall condition is the seller listing it as.

4.0 IMHO! Combination of stains and what appears to be tape pulls hurt the overall grade for me!

I ended up winning it for $222 with shipping.

 

The seller described it as "Amazing Spiderman #6 Pence issue. Comic is in GD+ to VG condition with some signs of wear to the spine"

 

He didn't quite pinpoint the grade but I think it's got to be more VG than G+, right?

4.0 Pence copies go for a slight discount off of US copy prices. Still $222 is not a bad price.
