X-MEN # 1 CGC 9.0 VINTAGE STAN LEE SIG ON FRONT COVER.

 

Well placed, non obtrusive, Stan signature, probably done in the 80's, will thin ball point pen.

 

I actually sold this book, last year, around August, for $30,000.00, than re -acquired, in a buy back/trade with the owner. Prices have been all over the map on this puppy, with the 12 month GPA average at, $24,344. I have seen non reported/convention sales, in the 27K to 29K range from last year.

 

How about $24,950.00
