I just picked this up today and I am still not sure I am going to keep it. Price was too good to pass up! The value stamp is in the book.

Do me a favor and open the cover and from the inside tell me how many

spine stress lines you count. Right now I am thinking 6.5 because of that

and the right edge wear. Possibly 7.0 in hand?

5.0 IMHO! The large CB crease (although it looks to be mild) running through Hulk's thigh is the deal breaker for me!

That can be pressed out. Trust me on this. Book has no rips either.

If the long crease through Hulk's thigh can be completely removed, then 7.5/8.0 after pressing.

you can not removed CB creases and both of those look CB..

Perhaps, but there is quite a bit of wear along the REFC, and some color-breaking creasing. The edge wear appears to be due to the FC overhang, and there is also some color loss associated with the wear.

 

There certainly isn't any "plus" quality to the FN grade, and most assuredly a "minus".
