7.0 IMHO! Scratches through the Spider-man logo bring it down!

Few color breaks on spine.

Abrasion on Spider-Man logo.

Abrasion on Punisher's right foot going almost down to the bottom corner.

Some kind of cb activity on Punisher's right thigh.

 

Back:

TL corner, TR corner, BR corner.

 

I have to say it's a 7.0 screaming to be an 8.0

The cover has fantastic color. Majority of damage looks to be on the reverse side which is always a plus. I'd say it's a 7.0 possibly a 7.5.
