Definitely Frank....didn't bother to look at other books b/c once I saw the Hulk 181, I knew that seller was trouble...100% trimmed on the right side.

Anyone who graduated from middle school should ask this question first before bidding.

As I am getting older I really just can't sympathize with buyers too much anymore on obvious red flags.

By the time you get the books graded by CGC you may not be able to return it anyway...

weird that he did blatant trimming but didnt remove the grease pencil which would be simple with a white eraser....

Not addressing the situation that OP is talking about. But I sold a run of "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children" on here. I guaranteed they would grade out as CGC 9.8's or I would refund all monies paid to me for them. Including any CGC fees.

 

I never heard back from the buyer, one way or the other. It has been well over a year.

 

Just sayin'. It can happen legitimately. But would be rare for sure.

Yes, but you are not doing that in every auction which he is and they are all HG books which is the biggest red flag you have.
