You opinions, please. This comic has quite a bit of overhang along the right edge on the front cover, especially toward the bottom. You can see it from the scan of the back. I don't think CGC will grade this.

Is that a slight crease below Sup's forward foot, just above the bottom edge where the ledge gives way to scary magma-y orange-y air terror face?

Good eye David! I think you are right but I don't think it will impact the grade!

 

It sure is purty pa! But not as purty as David's descriptions!

There is the slightest crease. You have good eyes to spot it. I can't see it with the naked eye, only when it's magnified by the large scan or looked at with a 10X loupe. There is a bit of overhang there. That was my concern about the overhang overall. The cover is cut oddly. I keep it in an oversized mylar to give it room. Otherwise the edges would get pushed in and dented. Good thing it's one of my undercopies. Thank you for your opinions.

I have just one copy of this, in about the same grade range. Will get a nicer one some day.

Because of the overhang, I always considered this the "ugly duckling" of the ten I purchased off the stands years ago.
