Not that it makes a difference but is that top staple original? I'm at 3.5 IMHO!

I had the same question when I picked it up. Same size as the other and nothing appears out of the ordinary other than the color. No additional holes in other words.

If an original staple is not perfectly placed as sounds like the case it will not affect the grade. This looks like a 4.0 range to me again assuming that it is an original albeit misplaced staple.
