I'm Really not sure on this one, I personally see all kinds of things wrong with this one but i'm not sure where to land with a grade on this one.

 

Blunted corners, Small spine tic(s) with color break, Dirty cover, small bend in top left of front and yes, that is a tear about halfway down on the spine...
