I own a 3.0 copy of FF1 with very similar chipping to the front cover. It looks like your bottom staple might be missing or partially attached and possible water damage to the rear cover. I would venture to say that your copy would grade between 2.5. to 3.0

Thanks for the feedback so far. To answer an earlier question, there are no tears. The cover is attached at both staples pretty firmly, though they are a bit rusty.
