Would be a pretty sharp copy if not for the H2O damage, which looks like it goes through the entire book. Is the pink in the upper right chip color bleed from the cover?

 

Unfortunately I'd say no more than 4.0 if the water stain is as extensive as it looks to be, though a press would at least take out the wrinkles. On the up side the pages look to be very white.
