I saw one of these in a pawn shop recently, it was in much worse condition selling for a lot more.

It can be argued that this is the rarest Superman book in the world.

Perfect for a Superman completionist.

The book measures approx. 4" x 5 1/2" and is all text. They are very difficult to come by. Here is a link to a Heritage sale a few years back for $836.50 .
