Hello guys,

Long story short I went to a LCS yesterday, and bought some nice books. One of those books was a FF 56 (First Klaw), and when I opened it today I saw this!

Needless to say that when I say this my heart skipped a few beats, I mean you always hear about these sort of things, but never think it will happen to you. Since I'm not an expert on his signature, I was wondering if any of you would be able to tell me if it really is the King's signature.

Thanks

It's "Jade Kurley", little known Marvel employee who was in charge of snacks & refreshments in the Marvel Bullpen doing the raucous 60s. Kurley went on to a career in show business. He was the 1st stunt double for Fonzie(Henry Winkler) when filming the "jumping the shark" scene for an episode of Happy Days. The first take went badly as Kurley didn't clear the shark and he met his unfortunate demise. The 1980 Summer Olympic in Moscow paid a tribute by naming the event of Curling after him, though the spelling error wasn't noticed until after the programs had left the printer. The editor in charge was partially castrated as punishment, hence the popular term "I'd give my left nut" was born.

Btw, nice find!
