PGM Fantastic Four 48

Other than a vertical strip my scanner has created on the FC scan, the scans paint a pretty accurate picture of the flaws. There really isn't a whole lot wrong with it other than the minor wear that's evident from the scans. It's flat, clean, and otherwise quite blemish free. The page quality is off-white to white. Please let me know what you think this book grades. Thanks!

My first thought was 5.5 as well.

5.5 IMHO! I was thinking slightly higher until the stain on the back cover! Still a really nice copy!

I am more between 5.0 and 5.5, but CGC seems to be more lenient in the mid-grades, so probably 5.5.
