I guess that was a production flaw on the 1st book.

That production flaw faked me out too...and I was quite a bit off on that Marvel Feature, but I think I see what I missed now that I've looked again. I feel like I've learned a lot this year...good luck to the remaining graders and thanks BlowUpTheMoon for organizing such a great contest :applause:

Still following along when I can as I find the contest very interesting.

 

Just for the sake of "education" when it comes to grading, could someone explain to me how that X-Men book came back a 4.5?

 

There is what looks like a tear on the right edge of the front cover, several spine ticks and dings and what appears to be colour loss along the top. Moreover, there is what looks like a stain on the back cover.

 

I had it as a 3.0, maybe a 3.5.

 

Now that this round is over, just curious what others thought. Thanks!
